Artichoke Spinach Dip
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup artichoke hearts quartered
2 tablespoons diced red peppers
1 cup Michelina's Signature Alfredo Sauce
½ cup fresh chopped spinach
Directions
Heat butter and olive oil in sauce pan over medium heat. Add artichoke hearts and diced red peppers and cook until tender. Slowly add the Alfredo Sauce. Once fully heated, stir in the spinach and serve. Can also be used a topper for chicken sandwiches or burgers.
